PrestonZimmerman

Growing up in Washington State, Preston Zimmerman excelled in soccer and earned the accolade of “All-American” by being named to PARADE Magazine’s 2005 All-America High School Boys Soccer Team. At the age of 17, he then moved to Germany to follow a childhood dream of being a professional soccer player. Over the span of his career, he played at Hamburg SV, 1. FSV Mainz 05 and SV Darmstadt 98 in Germany, as well as SV Kapfenberg in the Austrian Bundesliga.

During Preston’s playing career, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. After completing his studies and earning his MBA, Preston retired from professional soccer and transitioned in to the business world.

Following various working stints in Germany, the US, China and Japan (while working for SCHOTT), Preston returned to Washington State and transitioned from marketing in to sales, in a highly technological and innovational setting. In support of accelerated growth and achievement, while maintaining his role as a sales professional at SCHOTT, Preston returned to school in 2021 and attended the prestigious Gould School of Law at the University of Southern California (USC). He graduated with a Master of Studies in Law (MSL) degree, as well as a graduate certificate in Business Law, in December 2022.

Preston has a strong passion for learning and intellectual advancement, and considers this to be a lifelong journey. Some of his greatest joys in life come from helping others and taking on challenges (personally, as well as professionally) that foster further growth, development and enlightenment.
